Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST Friday, all day Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on a Holiday will be placed the first business day after the holiday.

We offer APO/FPO Shipping via USPS. We ship to Canada residents via USPS, FedEx, UPS International, or best method. Note: Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for all Canadian customs fees, duties, taxes & brokerage fees.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air via FedEx. Please note the shipping and delivery days for these are Monday through Friday only. We also offer USPS Priority Shipping.

Note: When shipping FedEx, please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Back Order Products

At Focus28 Diet, we try to ship your order out the same day you place it. If we do not have your items in stock, it usually takes 3-4 business days to get them, they are shipped out to you the same day we receive them.

Important Summer Shipping Info

During the summer months we are NOT responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack our products as well as possible to prevent melting, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.

There will be no returns or credits on protein bars or any chocolate products because the package has been left outside in the heat.

If your package has been left out in the heat, carefully unpack the bars and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. The bars will reharden, and not suffer nutritional loss.

Return & Guarantee Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange. You may return ONE (1) opened package (box, bag, bottle, etc.) of any individual product. All others returned products must be returned in factory sealed, unopened condition for a full refund. The following items do not qualify for return; Iso-Towels, open Vitamins or Shaker cups.

You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase.
