Perfect Parfait
- ½ cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 Protein Bar (Crispy Peanut, Berry Yogurt, Coffee Chocolate, Fudge & Graham, Cinnamon or pick your favorite)
- ½ cup plain, fat free yogurt
Rinse and drain berries and pat dry. Cut bar in half, put half away for a mid morning snack. Cut the remaining half into small, bite size chunks. Using a glass bowl or cup, place ¼ of the cup up crunch bar on bottom and layer ¾ of the berries on top. Spoon the yogurt on top of the layers. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ bar on top of the yogurt and garnish with remaining ¼ of the berries.

Cranberry Grape Refresher
- 1 Packet Cran-grape Drink Mix
- 8 oz Diet Club Soda
- 6 Mint Leaves (Fresh, either whole or torn per preference)
- Ice Cubes (Personal Preference)
Mix the cranberry grape drink mix with the soda and stir. Add the mint leaves and ice cubes if desired.
